Student feedback mechanism on Institutional Governance / faculty performance

Students' feedbacks on institutional governance/ academic work / faculty performance are obtained periodically; disputes if any are solved in consultation with concerned faculty or employee.

Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty,staff and students:

All the grievances are put in front of the redressal committee and the discussions are taken on these grievances. Committee had decided and informed that student to pay the cost of book or replace the book as early as possible. The committee received few complaints against staff members and the discussions were held in presence of that staff to solve the dispute. The redressal mechanism for faculty or staff is as follows.

  • Discussion of the matter in redressal committee.
  • Calling the concerned staff or faculty for discussion and explanation.
  • Appointment of committee for decision.

Conducts seminars and conferences periodically.

  • This year One day seminar was organized on 20th March, 2010 on the topic "Generic Product Development and Advanced Research in Form ulation' and "Changing Dynamics of the Pharm aceutical Industry Expectations From the Future Employees'.

  • Last year (2008-09) One Day National Level Seminar was organized on the topic "Personality Development and Interviews Techniques'on 26th Feb. 2009 and on 27th Feb. 2009 there was another one day seminar and poster presentation on "Advances in Pharmaceutical Sciences

Rajarambapu College of Pharmacy, Kasegaon (RCP) was established in August-2005 to conduct B.Pharm. course with 60 intake capacity. It offers the excellent infrastructure and facilities for training and research in Pharmacy. Here, we are toning up the level of pharmaceutical education and research by training the future teachers, research scientists and managers for the industry and profession.

Our primary focus is to:

  • Enhance student satisfactions
  • Enhance faculty capability in Teaching and Research
  • Enhance academic results
  • Promote personality development of students
  • Enhance training of non-teaching staff

College also has planned for PG and Ph.D. programs in near future and collaboration with Indian Pharmaceutical Industries to meet the global challenges. We are committed towards providing value based pharmaceutical education to meet industry, hospital and community needs through continuous improvement of infrastructure and facility for learning, practice and research.

Rajarambapu College of Pharmacy is located in 11 acres of land. College is situated between Karad and Kolhapur at Kasegaon on National Highway No. 4. It is approachable from major cities like Pune (180 km), Karad (15 km), Kolhapur (45 km), Sangli (50 km) and Islampur (12 km).
