Rajarambapu College of Pharmacy, Kasegaon (RCP) was established in August-2005 to conduct B.Pharm. course with 60 intake capacity. It offers the excellent infrastructure and facilities for training and research in Pharmacy. Here, we are toning up the level of pharmaceutical education and research by training the future teachers, research scientists and managers for the industry and profession.

Our primary focus is to:

Rajarambapu College of Pharmacy is located in 11 acres of land. College is situated between Karad and Kolhapur at Kasegaon on National Highway No. 4. It is approachable from major cities like Pune (180 km), Karad (15 km), Kolhapur (45 km), Sangli (50 km) and Islampur (12 km).

Principal and Faculty -

College staff is well qualified and experienced. Student/faculty ratio is 15:1. (As per AICTE Norms).

Prof. J.S. Shete, who has more than 30 years of experience in Pharmaceutical education, research and management, has joined as Principal recently. He worked as Principal for N.D.M.V.P. Samaj’s College of Pharmacy, Nashik for about 23 years. The college for which he worked as Principal is well known in India for GATE results. (About 70-80 students qualified in GATE every year and 3-5 of them among first 10 at All India Level).

He also worked as Dean of Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sci., Pune University and member of Management Council of M.U.H.S. Further, he is expert committee member of A.I.C.T.E., P.C.I., U.P.S.C., M.P.S.C. etc.

The college is having well qualified and experienced faculty for Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacology, Pharmacognosy, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Biopharmaceutics and Pharmacokinetics etc.

The Principal and faculty desire to develop Rajarambapu College of Pharmacy as a Center of Excellence for Pharmaceutical education and research.
